• manage event registrations;
• organize participant check-in;

• ensure the proper organization and execution of the event;
• document and showcase the event through photographs and video recordings, which may be published on La Griffe’s website, social media channels, newsletters, and other corporate communication materials.

Where the participant has given specific consent, their personal data may also be used to:

• send communications regarding future events and initiatives organized by La Griffe;
• inform participants about career opportunities and initiatives related to the La Griffe – Bottega dei Mestieri project.

The processing of personal data necessary for participation in the event is based on the performance of activities requested by the participant and on the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in organizing and documenting the event.

The sending of communications regarding future initiatives and career opportunities will take place only with the participant’s prior consent.

5. Photographs and video recordings

During Open Night, photographs and video recordings may be taken for documentation, institutional, and promotional purposes.

The images may be published through La Griffe’s communication channels, including its website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and institutional and promotional materials.

Should a participant believe that a photograph or video portrays them in a way that infringes upon their rights or legitimate interests, they may contact the Data Controller using the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy.

6. Who personal data may be shared with

Personal data may be processed only by authorized personnel and by parties involved in organizing the event (such as Eventbrite, photographers, videographers, IT service providers, and catering providers), within the scope of their respective responsibilities and in compliance with applicable legislation.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. How long we retain personal data

Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to manage the event and to fulfill the related administrative requirements.

Photographs and video recordings may also be retained after the event as part of the historical record of the company’s activities and for institutional communication purposes.
